Parolee’s combines a Beer Cave, Restaurant and Gift Shop just outside the front gates of the Historic Brushy Mountain State Pen. Our menu that includes appetizers, salads, pizzas, sandwiches, tenders, and sides, made fresh daily in our kitchen using only the best ingredients.

We also offer convenient tastings of our distillery products made on-site for those who need a little adventure with their comfort food.
