Brushy Mountain State Penitentiary welcomes former inmate, artist, and author Tim Cross for a special two-day book signing and meet-and-greet on July 24 and 25.

Visitors will have the opportunity to meet Tim, hear about his experiences, and have a copy of his memoir, Convicted: A Criminal Memoir, signed. Books will be available for purchase in the Brushy Mountain Gift Shop throughout the event.

Tim's connection to Brushy extends far beyond the pages of his memoir. He is the artist behind the murals that transform the prison cafeteria and is also featured as one of the TourMate guides on Brushy's newest tour experience, sharing his firsthand perspective of life inside the prison.
